How do the machines ensure quality and consistency?
Quality, reliability, and sustainability are at the heart of every machine that comes out of our company. We use certified materials such as stainless steel, aluminium alloys, and technical polymers selected according to the specific industry – food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic. Each component undergoes rigorous incoming inspection to ensure compliance with durability and safety standards.
The design and dimensioning of the structural components are carried out using specialised CAD/CAE software, allowing simulations and analysis of mechanical and thermal loads. This ensures stability, trouble-free operation, and extended service life of critical assemblies and parts.
Automation is a key element in our solutions: machines are equipped with PLC systems, servo motors, HMI panels, and intelligent sensors that control processes with high precision. This eliminates dependence on the human factor in operation and significantly reduces the risk of errors, especially in repetitive operations and high production volumes.
Operator safety and regulatory compliance are ensured through CE certification and built-in safety systems – emergency stop buttons, opening guards, access control and interlocks in case of incorrect operation.
Before delivery, each machine undergoes an in-house test and validation program, including simulations of real production cycles, verification of dosing accuracy, and visual inspection of the final result. In this way, the customer receives proven, robust, and verified equipment ready for integration.
To ensure safe transportation, the machines are packed in individual, reinforced transport packages tailored to the size, weight, and sensitive components of each device. We use wooden crates, protective padding, and vibration isolation where necessary. Packaging is designed to provide stability, moisture, and impact protection, and easy loading and unloading. Each shipment is marked and documented according to international safety and logistics standards.

How is the investment in packaging automation justified?
Every manufacturing investment has different objectives and dimensions – that’s why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all return formulas. Instead, we focus on delivering solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs, increase repeatability, and make staff’s working tasks easier.
Our machines are designed to be not just part of the production line, but an active partner in improving efficiency and quality. If you would like to discuss cost-effectiveness and applicability to your specific parameters, we are available for a one-on-one consultation where we will analyze your production needs, volumes, and goals.
How easy is it to integrate these machines into an existing line?
Our machines are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing production lines, regardless of the platforms, controllers, or software systems used. This is achieved by using standardised communication protocols and architectures that allow easy connection to SCADA, ERP, and MES systems.
We incorporate familiar industry interfaces such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP and Profinet to ensure reliable communication between the machine and the central control system. This allows real-time data exchange, performance monitoring, statistics collection, and synchronization with other machines in the line.
Our solutions are fully compatible with the Industry 4.0 concept, supporting intelligent connectivity, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and performance analysis (OEE). Machines can be part of a digital factory where each unit communicates with the others and with the central system, providing structured data on status, performance, and alarms.
Additionally, we cover the PackML (Packaging Machine Language) standard, which defines a unified model of states, commands and tags for packaging machines. This ensures operational consistency, easy integration between machines from different manufacturers, and faster implementation into existing lines. PackML is a recognized standard by OMAC and ISA, and is widely used in modern manufacturing environments focused on automation and digitalization.
Thanks to this architecture, our machines can be deployed as part of new or existing lines without the need for complex adaptations or additional software. This saves time, resources and ensures long-term compatibility with future technology upgrades.
